Biography
Michael G. Tennyson, partner of Crann Construction Ltd and Ashling Development, LLC, is a highly regarded, global veteran of the real estate development and construction industries, having developed and constructed residential, commercial and industrial projects world-wide with an aggregate value into the billions of dollars. Mike is a no-nonsense, consummate professional whose primary goal, whether he is developing projects for himself in which he retains an equity position, or whether developing for others, is to complete each project according to schedule, within or under budget, and to maximize value. Mike has the uncanny ability to see the potential and intrinsic value in a prospective project site where others may see only raw land.

Seán McCallion
Seán is responsible for the delivery of all development sites, including all aspects of Design, Planning, Programming, Procurement and Construction. During construction, Seán is focussed on detailed contractor management, quality assurance, programme performance, cost management and health & safety.
Seán has over 25 years’ experience in property development in the UK and Ireland, working at director level for several developers including Richmond Homes, Berkeley Group plc, Barratt London plc, P Elliott and the Dandara group. He has extensive experience in both city centre brownfield regeneration and greenfield development sites, with a focus on residential development.
